2. Eligibility and intended use
The site and all products are offered for business, professional, laboratory, workshop and industrial use by purchasers who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you represent that you meet these requirements and that the products are for lawful professional use in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for determining that a product is suitable and compliant for your intended application.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship the goods, whichever is first. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — for reasons including product unavailability, an error in price or description, suspected fraud, or an inability to ship to your location. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount charged.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. We make every effort to price and describe products accurately; if we discover a material error affecting your order we will contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase, and you authorise us to charge your selected method for the total shown.
5. Shipping, title and risk
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Our Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms, governs processing times, carriers, tracking and transit claims.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, incorporated by reference. Certain items — opened consumables, safety and PPE products, and custom or bulk orders — may be non-returnable for health, safety or hygiene reasons, as set out in that policy.
7. Product information and disclaimers
We describe products as accurately as we can, including materials, capacities and tolerances, but specifications may vary within stated manufacturing ranges and are provided for reference. Except where prohibited by law, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
