Prime Research Goodies is the trade counter of Prime Research LLC, a Santa Barbara supplier of the everyday hardware a working bench actually runs on — storage, handling, measuring, labelling, cleaning and safety consumables for laboratories, workshops and small-scale manufacturers across the United States.
We started the way most of these businesses start: someone spent too many mornings hunting a funnel that fit, a label that survived a solvent wipe, or a scale that held its calibration past a Monday. Rather than order around that frustration one more time, we built a short, deliberate catalogue of the items we kept re-buying and stood behind every one of them.
What we stock, and why it’s short
We do not carry forty variants of the same jar. We carry the amber Boston round that actually blocks UV, the HDPE case that survives a loading dock, the stainless funnel set that outlasts the drawer of cracked plastic cones. A short catalogue means we know every SKU, we keep the consumables that feed it in stock as standing lines, and a refill is a re-order rather than a scavenger hunt. When we add a product it is because a customer asked twice, not because a distributor had a pallet.
How we work
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day from California. We keep the fast-moving consumables — labels, gloves, wipes, fasteners — deep enough to support a standing order, and we will palletise and schedule a recurring shipment for a bench that goes through them predictably. Everything we sell is for professional laboratory, workshop and industrial use.
Who you’re dealing with
Prime Research LLC is a registered California limited liability company operating from 133 E De La Guerra St #14, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. You can reach a real person during business hours by email at support@primeresearchgoodies.store, and we answer questions about fit, material compatibility and bulk pricing before you buy, not only after. We would rather talk you out of the wrong funnel than process a return for it.
We are a small operation and we like it that way — it is why the catalogue is honest, the stock is real, and the person answering your email has actually held the thing you are asking about.
