Prime Research Goodies ships from California. This page tells you exactly when your order leaves, how it travels, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. If anything here doesn’t match what you’re seeing, email support@primeresearchgoodies.store and we’ll sort it.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific on a business day are picked, packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or US federal holiday, ship the next business day. Large or palletised orders may take one to two additional business days to stage — we’ll email you a date if so.
Carriers, methods and transit
We ship by USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on weight, destination and speed. Standard ground service reaches most of the contiguous United States in two to five business days from ship date. Expedited two-day and overnight options are offered at checkout where the carrier serves your ZIP. Fragile glassware is double-boxed with moulded pulp or foam; heavy or hazardous-classed items may route by ground only.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive a shipment email with the carrier and tracking number the moment your label is created. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of that email, contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the live carrier rate for your cart weight, dimensions and destination — no padded flat fee. Recurring and palletised orders are quoted directly; email us for a freight rate.
Lost, delayed or damaged in transit
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected date). Send a photo of any damage and keep the packaging. We’ll file the carrier claim, and we’ll get a replacement moving to you rather than making you wait on the claim to resolve. Signature confirmation is available on request for high-value orders.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories (transit and cost vary). We do not ship internationally at this time. All products are sold for professional laboratory, workshop and industrial use.
